Designed to welcome both the local communities and visitors, the cultural center will serve as a hub for sharing art, heritage, education, and stories that unite generations. By honoring the past, celebrating the present, and inspiring the future, this cultural center will support, educate, inspire, and preserve the vibrant spirit of the East Cape and its communities for all to experience and cherish.
Abundancia will be a significant source of employment, offering numerous jobs to local residents. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for our team through the provision of "Community Living Residences." These thoughtfully designed accommodations will provide a comfortable and dignified living space for those who work with us, ensuring their well-being.

We are rebuilding the highway to create a safer and more reliable route, ensuring greater protection and ease of travel for the local community.
Abundancia will introduce new opportunities that will support local community businesses through a thoughtfully curated retail space along the highway. This small-scale enhancement will be accessible to both guests and the general public, which will bring value to the area, benefiting local businesses, current residents and attracting new visitors.

Our commitment to the land extends beyond our property lines. We are actively engaged in the redevelopment of the local highway, enhancing safety for both local residents and visitors. Our farm-to-table practices will prioritize the use of locally sourced ingredients, supporting nearby farmers and ensuring fresh, seasonal menus in our dining establishments. An onsite garden will further enhance our sustainability goals, providing a habitat for local flora and fauna, and will become an educational resource for visitors.
